The Dharma CARE | Body explores main systems of the body over a six week period.

Each week we explore a different system of the body, to promote overall wellness. As you may be aware, each system is interconnected and if there is imbalance in one part of the body, it can influence another part.

Each system is lasered in on with different modalities to support and promote that system’s wellness. As we know, there are many healing techniques out there, as it’s not “one size fit all”. We all have different genes, different habits, different ways of being – so why would one thing be the answer for everyone? It’s not possible.

You will be guided to explore a variety of modalities, to see what works for you at this time – and it may be different for the next focus. That’s what keeps life interesting!
