We stand behind all our products unconditionally. Any products may be returned, in new and unused condition, within 30 days, for an exchange.

We wholeheartedly believe that every home should have and use these amazing essential oils in their daily lives so if you are not completely happy with the essential oil products purchased through me, please contact me directly on +61434557714 or email Sheralee wellbeing.alchemist108@gmail.com to expect a full refund.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Workshops and specialty feature classes are expected to be booked and pre-paid. We ask that you only register for these sessions if you are able to arrive by the scheduled starting time, and stay until the scheduled finishing time. If this causes any problems, please discuss these with us.
We understand that life can throw curveballs, and you might need to cancel a course. If you are not able to attend, it is expected you give notice ASAP. If a course is fully booked and a replacement for your place can be located from someone on our waitlist or if you find someone who would like to attend in your place, in those two instances we will waive the cancellation fee, and instead charge a $50 admin fee (to cover course coordination costs for the transfer).
If 24 hours or less notice is provided, your investment will be forfeited*.
The balance of monies paid over and above the cancellation or admin fee (except *) are held in credit for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation. Monies held in credit may be used for any courses and events (or gifted to another person).
In the event of us cancelling a course:
If a course must be cancelled (eg. due to insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund, or you may opt to transfer the full amount paid to a future course.
RETREATS & ADVENTURES
Wellness Retreats and Dharma Tracks Adventures are all non-refundable investments.

Please note that travel, accommodation and food will be listed if included in the purchase price.
HEALTH COACHING PROGRAMS
Tuition refunds for The Wellbeing Alchemist courses will be issued if cancellation is received 48 hours before the start of a course, minus a processing fee.** If refunding a course at least 48 hours before the course has begun, processing fees are as follows:
Course tuitions will not be refunded once they have begun, as all of the audios and videos are downloadable. Sheralee wants your full commitment before you begin, as she is fully committed to your progress once you are her student/client.
- $50 for courses under $350
- $100 for courses $350-$1000
- $500 for courses and programs more than $1000
**The reason the returns are strict, as you are buying access to content you can use immediately.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the course start date will receive a refund minus 25% of the cost of tuition. No refunds will be issued after a course begins. If circumstances necessitate, you may delay your start date, one time.
Course content is non-transferable and cannot be shared. If members break this policy it is grounds for expulsion without refund.
BODYWORK APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
I understand that life gets ‘messy’ sometimes. We can book appointments with good intentions of turning up – but occasionally things just don’t go to plan!
- If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment – a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. This allows for anyone on the waitlist to get in sooner. Your understanding in this matter is truly appreciated, as many clients have significant health issues and require appointments as a matter of urgency.
- Any appointment ‘No Show‘ will be invoiced for the full session amount.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers have a 6 month use by date and are transferable but not redeemable for money. The gifted service may be exchanged for another of same or lesser value.
