We can celebrate so many new cycles – not just the obvious New Year with the tick of the clock past midnight.

There’s the sunrise marking new day, the Mondays commencing the working week, the Dark New Moon’s pause before the light returns, the firsts of the month, the seasons marking time as the year moves through, the decades creating obvious patterns and funny memories, the solstices bookending the light’s shortest & longest time in the sky…

Even your birthday is an opportunity to start anew… the anniversary to celebrate milestones… so many moments can create a newness, a ground zero, to move forward from.

Setting intentions are a great way to identify how you want to be, feel & do better… and starting at beginning of new cycles can help cut the cord of the old & look towards the inspired vision.

Remember, these are snaps of intention, & without action, will not result in anything being different to what has always been.

So choose wisely, make the efforts required to move in the desired direction, and with hindsight on 31/12/23, you’ll be able to see how you have evolved in this life.
